On the afternoon of November 19, 2016, Henan Shuguang Jianshi Group conducted the seventh pre-job training for new employees in 2016. More than 200 new employees from various types of work and processes participated in the training.

The pre-job training for new employees is presided over by Zhao Huafeng, manager of human resources department.

The main content of this training:
1) Corporate culture, development history and core values of Shuguang Jianshi Group.;
2) Quality control, product production process, process discipline, market feedback processing, etc;
3) Entry process, attendance system and salary composition;
4)AQ production and fire fighting knowledge.

First of all, Li Qingzhong, deputy secretary of the party committee and assistant to the general manager, preached on the development history and corporate culture of Shuguang Jianshi Group, and interpreted the core values of Shuguang Jianshi Group: integrity, harmony, happiness, gratitude, innovation, and success.

Hu Yonghui, director of the inspection room of the quality control center, explained the correct handling of product quality related knowledge and market feedback.

Liu Haitao, director of the safety office, has popularized AQ production and fire fighting knowledge and related matters in a simple and profound way!






Zhang Liuyang, director of the Human Resources Department, specializes in interpreting and publicizing matters related to salary composition, contract signing and five insurances and one fund.
